Douglas McNabney
Violist Douglas McNabney is one of Canada's distinguished chamber musicians. He has toured extensively throughout Canada, Europe, and the United States, recording for, among others, BRT (Brussels), Radio Bremen, RTE (Dublin), Finnish Broadcasting (Helsinki), Sudwestdeutscher Rundfunk (Karlsruhe), Norwegian Radio (Oslo), Radio Sweden (Stockholm), and the CBC. Formerly Artistic Director of the Domaine Forget Music and Dance Academy, he is currently Chair of the Performance Department at the Schulich School of Music of McGill University. He also pursues a busy schedule of appearances as soloist and guest artist in festivals and with chamber music societies and ensembles across Canada, the USA, and in Europe.
